Follow these steps to purchase BkAssist

NOTE: BkAssist is licensed to attorneys only. If you are an individual who wants to file for bankruptcy, or if you are a bankruptcy petition preparer who is not an attorney, you may not use BkAssist.

Pricing

• First year: $900, but discounts are available if you promise to file 1-4 pro-bono cases during the coming year.
• Thereafter: $450 per year, but discounts are likewise available for pro-bono commitment.
• Per-case: $99 per case, paid prior to generating documents.

To purchase a license, open BkAssist and click on the Upgrade/Renew choice within the main Help menu.
